Fees:
This fee must be paid by March 31, 2012. If it is not paid by October 19, 2011 you will be dropped from the attendee list. This payment is not refundable after March 31, 2012.
All signups are subject to review and screening. We reserve the right to reject any application from anyone.
Uniform: Multicam is not allowed. It is reserved for Hatchet Force. ACU is not allowed, it is reserved for support personnel. You will also not be allowed to wear the same uniform as one of the (other) competing teams. Watch for email updates and the forums for uniforms you are allowed to wear. Competing Teams should sign up early to reserve your uniform.
This event is an ECO friendly/biodegradable BB's only event.
Participant Release and Waiver
This form MUST be signed and returned at time of registration (via "I Agree" button). In addition, a printed, signed copy may be required when checking in for the event.
Photo Release
We occasionally use photos and/or video or other media of the Challenge participants. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, or photograph. You are entering this event with the full knowledge of having your event activities documented by visual and audio media and you give Hatchet Force permission to use your image and likeness.
Waiver
Participant assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Hatchet Force, its members, event sponsors, and other Challenge Participants against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the event locale.
The Participant understands that neither Hatchet Force, its members, nor event sponsors maintain insurance covering the Participant's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Participant to obtain such insurance. While security personnel may be available for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, the Participant is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending the event.
The Participant, with full understanding, acknowledges that participating in the Hatchet Force Team Challenge may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and/or death. The Participant therefore agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Hatchet Force, its members, event sponsors, and other Challenge Participants harmless against any claims arising from any loss suffered by the Participant. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are required to specify the condition in the signup form notes section. Participants with prior heart problems, asthma, and/or any other medical conditions that would prevent the Participant from strenuous activities should not take part in this event.
All Participants are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Participants who, in the opinion of Hatchet Force, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are also prohibited, and illegal drugs shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Participant agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Hatchet Force. The Participant indemnifies and holds Hatchet Force, its members, event sponsors, and other Challenge Participants harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.
